1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing, browsing, or shopping at nacrot.com, shop.nacrot.com, or dev.shop.nacrot.com (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Nacrot. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.
2. Intellectual Property & Unilateral Right to Modify
Nacrot is a creative and technology-driven enterprise. All materials contained on this Site—including but not limited to digital artwork, brand mascots, minimalist 2D logos, apparel designs, proprietary software code, custom plugins, REST API integrations, and database structures—are the exclusive intellectual property of Nacrot.
Protection: All content and proprietary code are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Usage License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for personal shopping. Scrape-harvesting, reverse engineering, cloning, copying, or redistributing any Nacrot artwork, code, or technical architecture for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Absolute Right to Modify: Nacrot utilizes custom-engineered WooCommerce plugins, dynamic loyalty structures, and operational mechanics. Nacrot explicitly reserves the unrestricted right to modify, alter, add, suspend, or discontinue any details, data, features, user roles, pricing structures, reward point formulas, coin exchange values, coupon rules, refund deduction percentages, or system configurations at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
3. Third-Party Infrastructure & Technical Limitations
The Site relies on WooCommerce core software, Hostinger web hosting, LiteSpeed Cache, QUIC.cloud DNS, Razorpay, Qikink APIs, and various third-party plugins.
Limited Control & No Liability: Nacrot does not own or maintain third-party core software. Nacrot shall not be held liable for technical bugs, service outages, server downtime, database synchronization failures, reward credit calculation errors, or security vulnerabilities originating from third-party tools or hosting providers.
External Updates: System updates or conflicts caused by WooCommerce core, PHP environment shifts, or third-party API changes are outside Nacrot’s direct control.
4. User Accounts & Eligibility
Accuracy: You agree to provide true, complete, and accurate information during account creation, subscription registration, and checkout.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions taking place under your account.
5. Payment Processing & Razorpay Gateway
Payment Gateway: All monetary transactions, checkouts, and recurring subscription payments are securely processed through the Razorpay payment gateway.
Supported Payment Methods: Payments may be made via any gateway-approved method in India, including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and supported digital wallets.
6. Subscriptions, Loyalty Engine (“Nacrot Coins”), & Coupon Mechanics
Nacrot operates dynamic membership and reward systems driven by custom software plugins:
Subscription Tiers & Dynamic Pricing: Tier memberships (including Nacrot VIP and Nacrot Elite) feature multi-duration plans (e.g., Monthly, 3 Months, 1 Year) and associated perks (e.g., flat store discounts or exclusive coupon generation). Subscription pricing, tier perks, and renewal validity days are dynamic and subject to updates by Nacrot at any time.
Nacrot Coins & Multiplier Ratios: Users earn loyalty points (“Nacrot Coins”) on qualifying purchases calculated against the net subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping). Base ratios, tier multipliers, redemption exchange rates, coin validity/expiration days, and coin-earning eligibility are configurable and updated at Nacrot’s sole discretion.
Purchasable Coupons & Redemption: Coins may be redeemed for custom store coupons or tier upgrades subject to stock limits, usage caps, and expiration timelines set by Nacrot.
Welcome, Referral, & Cart Coupon Rules: First-time welcome discounts and referral coupons carry minimum spend thresholds, maximum discount caps, and strict single-use limits. Nacrot reserves the right to automatically invalidate or remove applied coupons whenever cart contents, items, or quantities are altered during checkout.
7. Sales, Returns, Defect Verification, & Bank Refund Fee Deductions
To maintain our boutique operational model, returns and refunds are governed by strict conditions:
Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. Nacrot does not grant refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, aesthetic preference, or customer sizing mistakes.
Manufacturing Defects: In cases of severe manufacturing flaws, customers must notify support@nacrot.com within 7 days of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To qualify for assistance regarding defective or damaged goods, a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the courier parcel seal being broken and the product inspected in a single continuous shot without cuts or pauses.
Refund Discretion & Processing Fee Deductions: For any approved refund, Nacrot may, at its option, issue:
100% Store Credit Coupon: A store credit coupon issued for the full value of the approved refund.
Direct Bank Refund: A direct refund to the customer’s bank account. Bank refunds are subject to a standard deduction (typically 2.5%, or as determined by current gateway processing fees and non-refundable taxes) to cover merchant charges, Razorpay transaction processing costs, and applicable taxes incurred during payment processing.
8. Product Manufacturing, Visual Representation, & Delivery Terms
Fulfillment Partner: All apparel items are printed, manufactured, and dispatched via our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Qikink.
Product Imagery Disclaimer: Product mockups, graphics, apparel renders, and visual previews on the Site are derived from Qikink data feeds. Actual colors, print placement, and shirt textures may slightly vary from visual screens.
Operational Schedule & Dispatch: Production and fulfillment take place strictly on business days. There are no manufacturing, processing, or delivery operations conducted on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or recognized regional holidays.
Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery estimated transit timelines are typically 3 to 5 business days following production, but may extend depending on location and courier logistics.
Delays & Force Majeure: Nacrot is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier service disruptions, incorrect/incomplete customer shipping addresses, inability to contact the customer, regional holidays, weather events, labor strikes, national emergencies, or Acts of God.
9. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
Nacrot provides the Site, software modules, and products on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no representations or warranties that the Site will operate without interruptions or technical errors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Nacrot’s total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of products shall be strictly limited to the total net amount actually paid by you for the specific order in question.
10. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal suit, action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
