1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing, browsing, or shopping at nacrot.com or shop.nacrot.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Nacrot. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.
2. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property
Nacrot is a creative and technology-driven brand. All materials contained on this Site, including but not limited to digital artwork, brand mascots, minimalist 2D logos, clothing designs, and proprietary software code, are the intellectual property of Nacrot.
- Protection: These assets are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
- Usage License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Site for personal shopping. You may not scrape, clone, or redistribute any Nacrot designs or technical elements for commercial purposes.
3. Third-Party Technology Disclaimer
The Site is built on and managed using WooCommerce and various third-party plugins.
- Limited Control: You acknowledge that Nacrot does not own or maintain the core software of WooCommerce or these third-party plugins.
- No Liability for Glitches: Nacrot shall not be held responsible for technical malfunctions, security vulnerabilities, or service interruptions caused by these third-party tools.
- External Updates: Any changes or errors resulting from updates to WooCommerce or integrated plugins are outside of Nacrot’s direct control.
4. User Conduct & Eligibility
- Accuracy: You agree to provide true and accurate information during the checkout process.
- Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your session or account.
5. Payment Terms & Razorpay Integration
Nacrot utilizes secure, industry-standard payment processing.
- Gateway: All payments are handled via Razorpay.
- Methods: We accept all payment options provided by the Razorpay interface, including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking.
6. Sales, Returns, and “Final Sale” Mandate
To maintain the integrity of our high-end boutique model, Nacrot enforces a strict return policy.
- All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, aesthetic preference, or customer-side sizing errors.
- Defects & Damages: In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, you must contact
support@nacrot.comwithin 7 days of delivery. - Unboxing Requirement: To qualify for any support regarding damaged items, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. This video must show the package seal being broken and the item being inspected in one continuous shot.
7. Shipping, Fulfillment, and Delivery
Nacrot products are manufactured using a selective fulfillment process to ensure quality.
- Fulfillment: Items are prepared and dispatched through our logistics and printing partners.
- Timelines: Standard production takes 3–9 business days, followed by a shipping transit time of 5–20 business days.
- Force Majeure: Nacrot is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier service interruptions, weather, or regional holidays in Karnataka.
8. Limitation of Liability & Warranty
Nacrot provides the Site and its products on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for perfection in our designs, we make no warranties that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted due to the nature of web-based technology. Nacrot’s maximum liability for any issue is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the order in question.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any claim or dispute between you and Nacrot that arises in whole or in part from the use of the Site shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
