1. Final Sale Policy
At Nacrot, we maintain a strict “All Sales Are Final” policy. Due to the curated and high-end nature of our products, we do not encourage returns or refunds for “change of mind,” aesthetic preference, or sizing errors. By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Limited Eligibility Window
Our policy for reporting discrepancies lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have elapsed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer an exchange or credit under any circumstances.
3. Conditions for Exchange
We only facilitate exchanges for items that are defect-on-arrival or physically damaged during transit. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To prevent fraudulent claims, customers are required to provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label and the damage/defect.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly excluded from any return or exchange:
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (Final Sale).
- Gift Cards.
- Downloadable software or digital assets.
- Intimate apparel or sanitary goods.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
5. Refund Process (Strict Inspection)
We do not offer cash or bank refunds for standard returns. If an exception is made:
- Inspection: Once your return is received, it will undergo a rigorous quality check. We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear, use, or tampering.
- Approval: If approved, a credit will be issued. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your credit.

6. Shipping & Logistics
- Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item.

- Logistics Charges: Any “Cash on Delivery” (COD) convenience fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
